Baptisms on the Lake

Come and join our open air Baptism Celebration at Brown Howe on Coniston Water on Sunday 8 July, at 10.30 am. Park (and pay) in the car park at Brown Howe, on the A5084, on the west side of Coniston Water, between Torver and Greenodd, postcode LA12 8DW. There are toilets there. Bring a picnic and come prepared for games and water fun after the service!

There is a sign-up sheet at the back of church for both those offering and those in need of transport.

There will be no 10:30 service in the Parish Church on 8 July.

On Sunday 15 July we will be having a Confirmation Service at 10:30am at UPC. Preparation for adults will be at the Rectory at 7:30pm on Thursday 28 June. For young people it will be in the Basement on the evening of 3 July. Please let Alan or Vic know if you are interested in being Baptised and/or Confirmed or contact the Parish Office.
