July 22nd – A quiet place of rest

Tom Cox reflects on Mark 6:30-34 and 53-56. In the midst of his very busy schedule, Jesus took time out to find a place of quiet rest and spend time with his Heavenly Father. Tom encouraged us to follow Jesus’ example, to make sure that we take time out from our busy routine and find a quiet place – physically and emotionally – to rest in God’s peace and talk with him.
